The public use of this website, sale of product and use of services are governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By using all or any part of the Hip Baby web site, you agree to and are bound by all of the terms set forth. Please take a few minutes to review.
Your Account
When shopping within the Hip Baby website, you have the option to create an account or stop by for a one-time purchase. Creating an account with us will facilitate future checkouts and will allow us to periodically alert you about product launches, special features, sales, contests or, in rare cases, recalls. Hip Baby is committed to your privacy and will never share your information with anyone except with our shipping partners to deliver your purchases (see Privacy Policy for more details). We ask you kindly not to share your login information with anyone as you are wholly responsible for the activity on your account.
Security
All our Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal transactions are processed by Stripe.

Inventory
We do our best to maintain stock levels on all our products but the possibility remains that you might order a product that is temporarily out of stock. The website will alert you if a product is out of stock but if this should fail or if inventory count is incorrect, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the error. You will then have the option to cancel your order or wait until the item is back in stock.
Catalogue
We also do our best to accurately describe all products and provide you with as much pertinent information as possible but descriptions and dimensions may contain errors and omissions. Hip Baby may correct information without prior notice, including changes to your current or standing order. It is the responsibility of the user of the website to check the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes of updates. With continued use of the Hip Baby website you automatically agree to the most recent and posted Terms and Conditions.
Currency
All orders are processed in CDN funds. Hip Baby is not responsible for any extra fees your credit card may charge above and beyond exchange rates.
Taxes
All BC residents are subject to Pst (7% where applicable) and/or GST (5% where applicable). All Canadian residents are subject to GST (5%) on all orders. All residents outside of Canada (both US and international) will have no taxation levied on their orders.
Shipping
Hip Baby uses Canpar or Canada Post for all shipping. Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated when you check out and complete your transaction. All in-stock items will ship in 2-3 business days once your transaction is completed. If you wish to purchase an item that requires a rush delivery, please contact our toll free number at 1-877-836-8020 and we will do our best to get your purchased item shipped on the same day of transaction.
Canada:
Orders with destinations within Canada will be delivered by Canada Post and insured up to $100 and tracked.

Oversize Shipping
Oversize items may require additional shipping charges. These items are identified individually within the website pages or we may contact you prior to shipping to alert you should there be any supplemental charges.
Delivery
Once your order is processed you will receive an automated email alerting you that your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days barring any unforeseen complications or issues. When the order is shipped you will receive another automated email confirming that your purchased item is now on its way to the destination of your choice. Our site offers you the choice to ship to your own address or to an alternate mailing address.
Customs and Duty
International orders are often subject to local taxes, importation duties and brokerage fees not included in our prices and shipping. Please be informed of potential added costs due to locally applied and enforced governmental regulation and/or fees. Hip Baby is not responsible for any local tax, importing duty or brokerage fees levied against your order.
Price Matching
We believe we offer great products at a fair price but we're also aware that you may find the same product somewhere else in Canada for a lower price (not including sale items). Although we cannot promise to match the price, due either to restrictions or nature of the product, we certainly appreciate the opportunity to try. Please contact us at our toll free number 1-877-836-8020 and we'll do our best to match the price. Please note that these we will only consider price matching from other stores and websites originating in Canada.
Return and Exchange
We want you and your child to love your product! We choose our products carefully and stand behind all the brands we sell but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. And although we make sure that every product we ship has been inspected for obvious manufacturing flaws or defects, we know some things can go wrong. If you are unsatisfied with your product we will give you a 100% refund or exchange (upon receipt and inspection of product) if returned within 20 days from the date you ordered the items. Within 30 days of purchase we will offer you a store credit. All shipping costs of returned items are at the purchaser's expense. If a product does not arrive in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse refund, exchange or credit.
Once you've contacted us about the issue, we will provide you with an RA# (Return Authorization number). Please either print or write this number on paper and place it in the return shipment.
Mail-In Returns:
1- Repack item(s) with all labels, hang tags, instructions, etc. into box, along with RA#
2- Include in the box the duplicate packing slip with the word 'RETURN' written at the bottom
3- Please insure your shipment. Hip Baby is not responsible for items that fail to arrive.

Damaged Goods
If the product you ordered arrives in an unusable and/or damaged state, please contact us within three (3) business days so we can move quickly to correct the issue and ship to you a product in good condition or credit you the amount if you wish to cancel your order. If the product is to be returned to us, we will issue a call-tag for pick by our shipping provider, in some cases, to keep carbon emissions to a minimum, we may only require a clear photograph of the damage emailed to us in order to provide proof to manufacturer.
Rules and Conduct
All information, images, video and content on the Hip Baby website are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. By using this website you've agreed to abide by local, provincial, state, national and international laws and regulations.
Disputes and Governing Law
The Hip Baby Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Province of British Columbia. All disputes arising from the use of the Hip Baby website and/or this agreement
